| I'm taking some kre-alkalyn at the moment and you dont have to cycle with this stuff. Apparantly it's good for power, endurance and recovery. Normally i don't take any supplement, not even protein but i thought if this is going to help me get stronger before my match with Stan i'll give it a try as long as it's legal in the athlete world | |

| Whey protein mixed with ultra fine oats when i wake up and 30 minutes before training, Kre Alkalyn 90 minnutes before training, a recovery protein blend consisting of whey, waxy maize starch, hmb, creatine and various vitamins as soon as i finish training. For fat burning i'm using a thermogenic called Shred Ultra, which I take as directed. I also eat 3-4 small meals throughout the day, with my last meal 1 hour after training. And so far it's working well, my body composition has changed massively since the British and i'm a fairly solid 95-96kg and getting stronger daily. | |

| i usually take carb and protein powder in the same shaker and a multivitamin, sort of stopped taking them in recent months starting again from tomorrow | |

| Ephedrine for fat burning
Activate extreme(driven sports) or MHP T bomb for optimum test levels (cycle) - most of you guys wont need this but im 51 yrs old Glucosamine and chondroitin for connective tissue Gingko Biloba for circulation whey or other quickly assimilated protien shake post workout Casien or other slow release protien shake before bed creatine monohydrate (needs to be cycled) lots of water
