Something we do at MK is to have each person take the table and pull everyone in turn in the hook for 10 seconds with no rest in between pulls, for example me versus Steve, then Scott, then Ali and so on until i have pulled everyone in the room, sometimes we do it twice in a row. It hurts but Steve is living proof that it works, he has mega endurance! Also try a static hook against someone using both hands for 10 seconds, rest and repeat about 5 times, this is also good for side pressure.
