I do nothing, i find it best to rest up for 5 - 7 days.

It is a mental thing, muscle fiber takes about 2 - 3 weeks of non maximum usage before it begins to degenerate. You'll know the powers still there once they've warmed up.

Il trained up to and including thur light training, what is peeing me of is that I didn't train my hand n wrist again after Monday cause i feel stronger when it's been done hard a few days before aw training, but it's the headpecks before the comp I no I've done everything I can do in the short 5 weeks I've has to plan a comeback so il be proud if werever I come,
