Are all your training days armwrestling specific? At the moment I'm pulling on fridays at Swindon, except tonight as the snow and ice stopped me, and pulling on tuesday at home and doing aw specific exercises and then on the other days I've started a kettle bell routine for fitness, fat loss and core strength. When I train at home aw I pull with my bro either 2 hand or using heavy bungees attached to the wall at different angles to add lots of resistance and make it proper hard to even get close to a pin. Tried right arm tonight but my shoulder is proper painful and got pinned like a bitch easy But it'll be back soon!

I train 3 days a week for a minimum of 2 hours at each session but i hope to increase that to every 2 days with the same minimum training time. (same way i trained years ago) I would usually do 4 weeks on 1 week off at this level to always allow for maximum repair time. (NOT RECOVERY TIME) Trying to work my routine around club training days is the issue. If i train at the club every second week i should be able to keep to this routine.
