A great exercise when done correctly.
The key here though is to go through the motion slowly so that the wrist
is under a constant and even tension throughout.
Bouncing as demonstrated in this footage will only stretch and inflame
the ligaments and tendons. afro

I do similar with a 7.5lb sledge hammer but I hold it high up the handle because I suck No
