Yes it has been bettered since by 1.13k

Here is the progress of World Records in the Two Hands Pinch Lift with the adjustable apparatus done in contests.

(The Adjustable Pinch Apparatus was designed by myself and with Mikael Siversson's help, as we needed this event for the European Grip Championships in 2004). Prior to this, the Two Hands Pinch was done with a variety of discs, with varying thicknesses.

This is why none of the women at last years worlds wanted to grip up with Liz, they couldn't deal with a hand that strong, so they f****d her about on the set up and complained to the refs.

Then it sounds like Elizabeth needs to learn a few tricks of her own or at
least learn how to deal with theirs.
I'm sure there's plenty of our guys (and gals) who'd be willing to show
her how to cope.

I was speaking to her at the nationals and although she did make it clear
that it was difficult to train and commit herself at the moment because
of a young family, it was obvious that her passion has not abated.
Elaine herself is one of the worlds best and that level of experience should
not be forgotten.

That event is the blue ribbon event in the grip world, and is used in most grip contests, so it is always under attack. I've had a few attempts at beating it this year, getting the weights off the floor, but as I said it has to be done in a ratified contest. There are still two more legs of the World's Strongest Hands to go, with nine venues. So far, there have been attempts this year in the comps, but no successes, so who knows if it will be bettered.

No women don't like gripping up.
Actually most men should grip up with Elizabeth on the practice table and see what its about.

Elizabeth will be concentrating on the grip and strength side for the time being, but she has said she will be back to win the World champs. She will then come and train up north, these guys know their shit!

We don't like all the pissing about at set-ups (I hate it), but obviously it's part of the sport, and she will learn the ropes.

Elizabeth has armwrestled Elaine quite a few times in the past, when she was young. On the right Elaine would win, and on the left Elizabeth would win. Elizabeth has never been beaten by any female in the UK on the left ever.
