once every 2 weeks i guess

When i get my club back up and running, it'll be 1-2 times a week depending on how the tendons are feeling.

averaging about once a week at the moment, but this tends to be a 2hr+ session

it take's you a week to recover from a training session with paul...

Once every two weeks, I find this gives me time to heal.

This is for around 2 - 3 hrs with Jason and Jules.

Once a week on average. Atm with Dean or Anthony and for 2-3 hours each time.

i train with martin,jules and jason once every two weeks. thats sometimes enough with tree surgery and farming for the rest of the week.
arms need time to recover.
