| I use a piece of equipment but i have no idea what it's called. doh It's pretty effective, i'm able to hold a handle in each hand with my elbows in a my sides and work both arms at the same time. I'll try and put a picture of it on, maybe someone can tell me what it's called. |

| I pull against a training partner holding me with both hands and trying to stop me getting to the pad, with little or no back pressure applied. | |

| A great looking piece of kit but come on, a severe waste of money. This may be great for loads of guys to train on, in an environment were there's loads of potential but otherwise............. |

| I agree Mark, if you are fortunate enough to be part of a large club, with lots of funding then this could be a great bit of kit for training on away from table time. Otherwise i reckon you could get the same results from bands, pulley's or statics. | |

| ye iv used these types of things b4 and they r crap,if ur in a club u wanna actually armwrestle hard different arms not be messing around on a fancy machine,u think john brzenk would go near 1 of these in his training | |

| Well said boys. After all we're trying to encourage people into the sport. If they come in expecting to train on this kind of kit and obviously don't they're bound to feel a little disheartened. The reality is as both of you say, 'the worlds best have gotten by just fine on most basic of equipment". |

| I agree m8, even with a decent bit of power my arms were no where near as able to pull for the length of time that they can now without a LOT of table time. |

| My original post from May 14th: I use a piece of equipment but i have no idea what it's called. doh It's pretty effective, i'm able to hold a handle in each hand with my elbows in at my sides and work both arms at the same time.I'll try and put a picture of it on, maybe someone can tell me what it's called. I found it, you can see the thing i use for side pressure leaning against the wall behind me in my 72kg wrist curl footage. If anyone knows what it's called let me know. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7c0LSeKj2uY |
