| im injured at the moment :S not good timing considering europeans ar ein 22 days i got the injury in my wrist,by training my weak spot (stopping someone top rolling me) most of my injurs come from training hard on the weak ares anyone can go all day on the strongest parts buy being a new commer must take it easy and train with someone who knows absolutly everything,of nick knows all this and would be a perfect trainer all sports have injurys its just something we get over, new commers tend to get more as the body (arms) are not use to what is happening they will become amune and all will be fine in time | |

| Good point.. Im sure over training must be a big part of it. I cant seem to do anything with my right arm these days as i get really bad swollen bursas at the back of my elbow. Nothing doc can do, the shoulders passable but still hurts and crunches. Maybee age dont help... I would say for beginners that they take it slowly for the first 6 mths to get their arms into a good condition and not armwrestle for more than once a week, with a weight session split sensibley through the week.. Rest will do you more good than harm im finding too. | |

| Obviously depends on the severity of the injury.
But if it's just a tweak, then definitely keep it moving with light resistance work to bring the blood in. | |
