well iv had both the tendons on inside of elbow pop recently and from my experience pulling through it is def the best way providing uv got guys who will pull with u very slowy gettin the blood in is def the way forward, the trouble with havin time off is after a few weeks u think its healed ok but as soon as u get on the table boom it flairs up again ,so all u hav done is missed weeks of training and uv still got the problem, keep getting on the table every workout u will get slightly more pressure and movement and less pain, but this is only what has worked for my elbow tendons there r so many diff injurys if u are a toproller and uv injred ur wrists then i think u got 2 stay away from the table or pull inside and work toproll wif light movements off the table,iv noticed alot of toproll guys recently have crunched there wrists up

I agree with Paul here 100%, i've a tendon problem in my left shoulder but
since i started training hard the problem seems to have eased considerably. afro

R.I.C.E - works for me!

I'm a total beginner in terms of AW, but after being involved in contact sports for many years, I do believe in working around injuries.

Stay strong folks!
