who else is taking part in the british novice ????????

I am going on the sun and so is Mark, and Mark is also coming down on the sat. A couple of injuries and a wedding means that we are not bringing more down but we should have a really good squad for next year.

Hey i am thinking of coming down to the comp on sunday is ther anything i need to kno does it cost anything ? can u wrestle with one arm only??

Its right arm - saturday, left arm - sunday. probably an entry fee per arm

be good for you to go to the comp alex..maybe watch or go on the pratice tables or enter the comp...

Yeh i carnt wait i mite try entering the competion, but stupidly i have managed to hurt both my arms, it hurts in the joint si hope i ant done anything to bad ,taking some pain killers n not goin to train this week, see how i feel saturday still gona come down anyway but i would like to enter hope my arms are better

We're struggling to get accomodation anywhere near. Obviously the bank holiday is a factor.

Same for us david go on to google and put in hotels in gargstang some come up there will keep you posted
