| Well it's been a good year and a lot of developing for me but I'll put out there some achievable goals and a couple that might have to wait untill 2015 lol.
-70kg British champ
-73 UAL top 3 in March on left
Top ten in euros, nemiroff and waf
Hit list for 2014 -
1. Get past hambo's mighty left side pressure
2. want a super match with holland over 6 rounds
3. Sampson supermatch if he accepts.
Oh and a match with ricketts. ( if you just drop to 70kg please mate for a fair match I'll accept) ha.
Will Continue to train hard and progress with powerbeck's finest, learning every week and developing every month.
Have a great Christmas and happy new year everyone

| For me it's about having fun, being healthy and enjoying all I do. I will compete in as many grip comps I fancy, and hopefully promote the sport of grip out there to even more people. At this moment there are a lot of events around Britain planned, or in the pipe line. As for my platform goals, I would like to regain the Two Hands Pinch Lift world record, and I have set a 40 week programme to do this. We shall see!
All the best to everyone else for a fun and safe 2014!

| 2013 has been a really good year for me as i have made it onto the competetion circuit and have established my reputation as a dedicated puller dertimined to win and suceed and although i have had a few sucesses most notably my suprise 3rd place in the Brits in August! which is my greatest achievement to date which i was not expecting! However i feel i am heading in the right direction and i am gaining strength. My goals for 2014 are 1. To beat Colin Taylor in a supermatch. 2. To promote at least 2 comps under the Armfest Name.3.To achieve 3rd place in a major comp (or even higher if possible.) 4.to compete in Grip events and make my name in this field also! 5 to organise Training & introductory days to attract newcomers into Armwrestling at various locations. That is basically my main goals for 2014. | |

| For me, i want to stay injury free on my right arm, continue developing my game and improve on my weaknesses. Develop my team and raise the level of my guys. In terms of competition my first goal is to finally get the win over Gaz Then to go undefeated in ArmWars And finally to get the British title that has been so elusive for the past 5 years.
I'm also looking forward to the new Iron Arm series that will be airing on television.
