| At this moment: To win the World's Strongest Hands, Britain's Strongest Hands and the British Grip Champs all again.
Regarding armwrestling, I'm not sure what I will be doing.
All the best to all, and your goals for 2011.

| my biggest goal of 2011 is to get back into the 65s class and progress through the ranks in that weight i hope to be in the top three at the new year cup. Another goal of mine is to enter a comp abroad and do well in it and mainly for the experience Another goal of mine is to beat my bogeyman ian stones i hav been so close in the past years but next year will be the year i hope And last but not least to win the british at 65s left arm right arm still got a bit to do to beat dean in other words no chance for a few years yet | |

| Mine are simply to focus on ways to develop the sport here in Scotland and bring in new blood. Not really got any personal goals but to continue training and pulling, win or lose, it doesn't matter. |

| Deadlift double BW (I'm after 180kg @ -90kg. currently 170kgish @ 87kg)
Strict press 32kg Kettlebell (I'm currently able to strict a 24kg & push a 32kg)
Squat BWx20 (doable, but not done it for a while...)
Man handle the baby inch (currently rattling it off the floor, but some way off a controlled lift with a smile for the camera)
Get a legit pin on Craig Sanders (left hand, of course. right hand I'm like 20 years behind the bullet)
Win the British Novice AW Comp!
Survive an open randorri night @ Coventry Judo Club.

| My Priority is to be a Good Dad for Dempsey.
I'd like to continue putting on Good Quality Events both Domestically BAF & AWSS shows and Internationally AWSS & OTHERS.
I'd like to find enough time in between Working & Promoting etc. to get strong again at a viable competative weight and become comfortable at the table again in all positions / styles
Cheers
