i personally would like to win the british right handed again , and if possible left too! Id like to retrain my left so it can become as good as my right , also id lyk to compete at the worlds at 80kg and be in the top 10! Also quit smoking double in strength and also step up my ability .

My goals would be to win the Preston Panthers comp in the 90 kg class pro on either arm. Later on in the year i'd like to win the British on both arms in the 90s in a tough class... I guess you could say i've got high hopes but hey anything is possible

To keep going with head down making steady progress try and catch up with the gents that have jumped me in the queue,to also plan out the year professionally and have a fixed calendar to what and were I will be attending and correct training plan accordingly

My goals, like me are very simple!! I'm looking to get stronger win more and walk aay from the British with that right handed title at 90kg.

I'm trainin hard for 2011 65s 70s bring it on win or lose dont give a sh*t but improving is not negotiable.

I need to get alot stronger yet Dean but i would be up for some training on table definatly Im off work for a few days in a couple of weeks, and any advise and knowledge i can learn would be a bonus.
