OK guys no messing around now this date is in the diary big training day with the S.E.A.F will be saturday 21st march 12pm-7pm
the victoria victoria road farnham common slough berkshire SL2 3NL
make sure you all try and get down to this there will be NO cancellation on this date it is definatly going on hope to see you all there!

hope so will be real fun day! ALSO!! we need some people to bring down some armwrestling tabels as we have not got that many well only one actually haha and pierre branders may be coming to visit me that weekend so he will be training with us any one who wants to give him a pull get down there!! and if you have any training machines ect,david hornes has a lot of stuff feel free to bring it down!
