only 2 days now keither has txt me the preston p's cant make it due to work and stuff but i hope the rest are coming,either way we will make the most of who is there

It was BRILLIANT!!! had a really good day was rugly 25 guys all together was a really nice chilled day, everyone enjoyed themselfs and it was just good! we will be doing it every year in march as " national training day for the south of england" but of course who ever wants to come is more than welcome! all pics from the day will be on my photo site http://thehitwoman.myphotoalbum.com and facebook!

It was a great day, Jo worked so hard to get everything ready, sorting all the food out and even a little prize for the open comp. I learned a lot from training with different people and i now feel more confident on the table. I'll be bringing this new found knowledge to the Preston comp so watch out if you are pulling under 100kg
