Powerbeck Armwrestling Training Day 17th March 2pm start

I will be putting on a training day for all interested on march 17th starts at 2pm give everyone chance get there till whenever it finshes there will be a small charge of £2 per person for room hire but that includes gym use shower steam and gives trade price supplement discounts for all who attends in the shop.
there is cooked meals,shakes,available from the kitchen and a cage to sort out any forum fights haha
