having a rest from wrestling,coaching for a bit

have got a problem with a trapped nerve in my left shoulder had it since switerzland comp

giving me a lot of pain just about coping at work

so i have decided on having a good rest now Sleep Sleep Sleep

I've had numerous problems in my right shoulder & neck. It's not nice, especially when it affects your everyday working life.
