won 2 matches then had a hard hook match that i lost to a swiss guy great match.
my arm is ok tender today but no injurys
took over 300 photos,richard poole,dave shaw did lots of filming so there will be on here soon.
first comp back weighed in at 94.5 having weeks rest now then back training

Nick did grate and was unlucky not make top 4 really a bit more armwrestling compition under his belt could have seen a diffrent story but after 20 months away great effort brillant champ see you for my pulley coaching your going give me
