Subject: Switzerland is nearly here Tue 5 Apr - 20:08
looking forward to this comp put a lot of effort and lots of cardio work in as well last october i weighed in at 110 kilo now i 96 kilo when i weigh in on saturday i will have lost 15 kilo
this will be my first comp i have pulled in 20 months seems like i have been away for a long time but been training hard with stuart hall, chris murphy since december they both say i feel strong plus i have been hitting my pulleys hard...
just wrestling on the right arm at this comp.
