Nick - good luck, been a while since I have seen you pull competitively. thanks darren. last time i pulled a comp was british 2009 then last year my dad got ill got very heavy in that time got up to 110 kilo but been on a diet since last october & this morning i am 97 kilo.. been training hard since dec working on my set ups,pulley work, hands & wrist plus a lot of armwrestling... thanks stuart ,mad murf ,murray,paul maiden,leon,anthony,owen,peter burnell,for all the table time  | |
