just wondering what class you are wrestling in at pascal comp

95 kilo class for me

-95 righty and -90 lefty... the diet has gone out of the window

85kg class right arm

90kg class left arm

as long as im some were near 85kg for next Friday

-95 right -90 left

novice open right / -90 left

85kg right / 90kg left

gys hope most of you will try and get down to me this saturday (2nd) for one big last training session before we all go will be good BBQ going aswell if the weather stays nice!

I think that I am going to have to drop out, injury to my right wrist is stopping me from lifting anything heavier than a couple of kilos.

I have paid for my flight so if someone wants to pay for the name change they are more than welcome to take the flight. Its from Edinburgh.

On a serious note guys, i won't be goin to the swiss cos i have badly injured my left thumb and my right wrist is still injured from NYC so there is too much risk for me to pull so if anyone wants a cheap ticket, let me know. I was still gona go to support team GB and have a good laugh but i realise that its pretty damn expensive over there. Anyway best of luck to those that are pulling and see you all at the Preston Panther comp
