Right so you're using a thicker bar now? Even more impressive!

Yeah m8, it took me a little while to get one made up but i got there
in the end.
I find that the thicker bar really targets the smaller supporting muscles
in the wrist so i think 100kg isn't unrealistic.....Watch this space. What a Face

Absolutely m8.
Although i'm modifying the way i train the rest of my arm to fall in line
with how i train my wrists. (purely experimental of course)
With my left i have zero concerns of a top roller taking my hand, my
right isn't too far behind either but there are concerns with that one.
Fortunately for me i know how far to push myself and usually get the results
i'm looking for.

Way too much to mention.
Here's some though.
Bicep curls full range with dumb-bell.
Bicep curls half range with dumb-bell.
Bicep static with dumb-bell.
Bicep negative with dumb-bell.
Triceps, reverse wrist, reverse bicep, side bicep, inner forearm, fingers, lats
on pulley system, bent over rows, rows static, table work with pulley system
(which i welded myself) Very Happy i'm quite proud of that lol.
Some of the exercises i change around to target different areas but i think
you'll get the general idea.
All this before an hour and a half on the table working on technique.

Thanks pal.
We all know the old saying.
"If you want to be good, you've got to train hard.
If you want to be the best......you've got to train harder".

Very intense Mark, I would be in bits after all that and have no hope with the table after. I have a similar weights routine.....

But it takes me 3 days to complete.... Embarassed

Hahaha Laughing
True it is intense pal but like anything if you do it often enough without
cutting corners or picking up injuries on the way, you will develop a
tolerance to it.
I was training like this for the best part of a year and a half (without pulleys)
3 days one week and four days the next when i was out of work.
Since returning to work i'm more selective of what i do through the week
before going on the table but i get the chance on a sSunday to go through
my full routine, which usually take about 5 hours.
Honestly m8, it's a buzz and the way i do it you'd be surprised at yourself.
After a month or two i could have you doing the full routine and still looking
for more at the end. (Angie won't have it though) Razz
