Hi Nick I'm at that stage now with my elbows I was thinking of making this my last British You are right about training others it plays a lot on the elbows catching them and holding them to make them work I think everyone needs the me time. Robert is a good lad and takes a lot of presure of me with training. He will be one to whatch at the British. I think this year I will just be making the numbers up
rest it up a bit stan i had 5 months doing no training but was still working & feeding & cleaning out 100 cows
the rest has done me good....

GOOD LUCK to everyone taking part Lets make it one to remember

3kg is do able, cut all your carbs, eat smaller amounts through the day and go for a walk wearing a couple of layers including a bin bag under your shirt. Make sure the walks are long though, about 5-6 miles and you'll sweat the weight off, also get in the sauna on Friday or during the day on Sat before the weigh in.
