Nope never been in one before, first one i watched cos id only been pulling a month or 2, 2nd one i was photographing a wedding and couldnt make it, and last year i wasnt well.
This year i hope will be different.

I'm hoping to make it up to this years British it will be good to see how all you guys are pulling now. I've been out for a while now but maybe join Nick next year and get back on table!!!

thanks murray the elbow fine.

the last few years i think i have only been wrestling at 65% with elbow pain

now with the elbow healed up its more like 90% now

Did you ever find out what was causing the pain Nick or did it just
heal by it's self

i think a lot of it was due to teaching people

went to doctors etcs they all said rest ..but i didnt listen had a few days rest then back training

but since my dad got ill in march i have done no training for nearly 5 months& the pain has gone away

so i am back training my self up

taught a lot of lads over the years so its a bit of my time now

nearly retired once because the pain was that bad

Hi Nick I'm at that stage now with my elbows
I was thinking of making this my last British
You are right about training others it plays a lot on the elbows catching them and holding them to make them work
I think everyone needs the me time.
Robert is a good lad and takes a lot of presure of me with training.
He will be one to whatch at the British.
I think this year I will just be making the numbers up

Why not rest up for a bit Stan and take some of that me time.
If you know exactly what is preventing you from training properly and
competing to your potential then change your methods.
