there absolutly killing me!! really suffering with my elbows had 4 weeks rest and it hasnt done nothing!! so i think a X-Ray is in order after the tour! Tomorrow Brighton then leeds on wednesday and then glasgow on thursday! then finished! and back to hardcore training!! woohoooo!!

You should try drinking cod liver oil Jo, none of those capsule nonsense, straight from the bottle every day. Tastes like s**t but works wonders.

if you cant take cod liver oil, try flaxseed oil capsules, really good for the joints.

to be honest guys i think i have at least 8 broken bones in my elbows so i think the injections and casts are coming my way :S

hey guys sorry i didnt get time to write before the event! leeds was amazing my favourite of all and glasgow was awesome!! some really great people there and they was all eger to sign up for the challenges i went through undefeated haha but it was awesome sad its finished now thanks for all the lovely messages of support guys!

Hi jo glad you enjoyed the tour , hopefully see some footage soon The building that's all lit up is the Mitchell Library in Glasgow , my mum has worked there for over 27 yrs and is head of security there
