CUMBRIAN ARM TOUR

Hi guys and girls,
just so everyone knows TEAM ELF are now running the Cumbrian Arm Tour,

This consists of 5 events held around Cumbria,
4 events will take place as qualifiers for the fifth and final conflict, these events are for novice and junior only.

To qualify in any of these four tournament you have to make the top four in your weight catagory,
If you make it through you have the chance to become the "CHAMPION OF CUMBRIA"

Stage 1 SATURDAY 19th SEPTEMBER
is at The Gilpin Bridge Hotel and Inn
5mins of junction 36 of the M6


WEIGHT CATAGORIES -10 Stone
-12 Stone
-14 Stone
+14 Stone
Womens Open

There will be trophies for winners and certificates for 2nd 3rd and 4th

Entry fees will be £15
Weigh in 12pm - 1pm. Competition start 1.30pm

The competition is a Left and Right Arm competition so I hope to see loads of you there.

Stage 2 SATURDAY 17th OCTOBER
is at The Bower House, Eskdale, Holmrook. Cumbria.

N.B. All Classes, Timings for the day and entry fees are the same as Stage 1, 2, 3 & 4.

I wont make this one, going for the next stage as I have not trained for two weeks before the Novices until yesterday. Back in the gym this week so will defo make the next one, bit disapointed but these things happen.

im going definetly will be coming down with mark and donald scots on tour

After talking to big ross it looks as though we are going to come down as well. Should be a good scottish contingent at this one!

I am loaded with the cold at the moment so I dont know if I should pull or not, will see how I feel tomorrow morning.

My right wrist may need surgery, i'm still thinking of pulling with it. Just bring a big box of Kleenex with you.

Stage 1 went well today although the support could have been better. Ted and Emma did a great job as did those who took part. I for one and those with me will be going back down for the finals and we will be showing our support to any future competitions held by Ted.

Planning on coming down on the 17th October Ted. Are there any discounts for room bookings in the hotel????

Does anyone know any women who may be interested in taking part? I'm try to get my daughter to compete so need to know if there will be other competitors.
