Strength comes from longevity...

The most important thing you can do is learn to reduce risk of injuries by learning how to arm wrestle safely. Train with a club that focuses on safety and technical training where you will learn to give 100% in a relatively safe manner.

When you can pull with maximum strength without getting injured you will begin to get stronger Wink

Stay positive, even when you aren't winning, you take more knowledge from your losses than you do from your wins.
Don't worry about the wins at the minute, remember that you have to lose a lot before you can win a lot.
Getting your technique right and staying injury free is much more important than winning.

For me the most important things are:

1. Technique
2. Timing
3. Strength in rising, cupping and rotation
