Training with the iron4arms bar

The simple ideas are always the best.

Its a good idea.. BUT (always a but isnt there )
with a round bar you can role it down into/onto the fingers plus the exercises he demonstrates (although a round bar would require more wieght)
I guess the proof is always in the trying, it would be an interesting experience to compare the 2

I don't think a bar this shape mate would roll into your fingers even if it was rounded.

I didnt mean "round" the bar, i was refering to the typicle straight round bar (barbell)
