NOTE : it is very important that the arm was in a vertical position!!!!! (exception is when we practice with cable machine or rubber band)
REMEMBER: our target is to fight at the table but no break records of weights
IS IMPORTANT: training must be simulate a fight at the table
don't use heavy loads bigger than you can uplift in proper position !!!!
train in the proper range of motion and the correct position, and the results will come faster than you think
