| Chris (right) has curled his own wrist over and is applying back pressure pulling Nicks hand and fingers open. Chris is directing his power towards his left shoulder and continually applying pressure to the fingers of his opponent  | |

| Whilst staying close to the table with his chest, Chris lowers his body to pin his opponent. Look at the 'crank applied to his own wrist in an effort to isolate his opponents hand strength from the power in his arms, back and shoulders  | |
