| What is the best for Arm Wrestling training ? Bands or Weights ? I have just installed a rubber tube band pulley system, but do you think this could replace the weights for best results ? Any comments are greatly received. | |

hi martin i have used push bike inner tubes a lot over the years i use to have 3 set up ,1 tube for back pressure, 1 tube for side pressure , 1 tube for hook but used them all at the same time pulling every angle i could , then use to wrap the bands abit more so i had less movement on the table so i maybe only be moving the bands 2 inch but it made you work just on the set and built your endurance up as well burning you arm out.this was all set up on a table that i have made but now i just have an pulley machine set up now with my table at the front of it, | |

| That's great Nick 😆 My match with Nick Smalley at Rampage was a good test on my endurance and after only 3 pulls I could feel my arm getting tied. This type of training should help this area and allow me to be stronger for longer 💪
Thanks Champ 😆 | |

| A mix of both. I use inner tubes - free from local bike shop. | |
