I'll be competing at -65. It's been touch and go as to whether I would compete this year, mainly because my focus has been on grip competitions (training 6 nights per week). Though it paid off (I've got 5 world records and 7 British Records) up until this month I had only been training for armwrestling once a week. Now that I can give it 100% I've got a lot of catching up to do!

Unfortunately I will not be pulling this year, had so much on with work and family stuff just havnt had the time to put into training on the table, so wanted to say best of luck to everyone who's pulling. Think this year is going to be a great one with the new commitee involved.
