BSH - £15 paid in advance prior to 5 March. £20 after this date.

I'll definitely try and get to the Britain's Strongest Hands comp and the British Grip Championships!
Can't garuntee I can make the Grip tour events, but they're always a posibility. Paul and me want to compete as much as possible.

Would be good to hear about other competitions too!

Nick isn't joking!
He nearly managed to close the No.3 first attempt and then proceeded to walk around with it casually almost closed in his hand
Would be great if he could start in this sport
