I believe there should be a left arm novice comp

That will attract more interest from guys around London and surrounding areas

As far as im concerned will pull any novice any hand any time

I know you would both like to test yourselves on left and right arms, however Paul and me still believe that this is the correct format for our first tournament.
As I have told Andrew, it is partly a question of time; there will hopefully be a good turnout and most likely this will largely consist of experienced pullers. We want to encourage new people into the sport and I think that either arm would serve as an adequate introduction. You can always enter in the pro matches.

I am currently suggesting that novice competition entry is £15, or £10 if they pay in advance of competition day.
Pro competition entry would be £25, or £20 if they pay in advance of competition day. The reason for this is that it encourages people to turn up if they have already paid.

You would only pay once, so if you enter left hand pro matches you would not pay extra for entering the right hand matches or the novices (You would not qualify for the novices if you have won pro events in the past. This will rely largely on the honesty of competitors).

Closest train station is South Ruislip station which is on London Underground Central Line and Main Line.

Closest Hotel:

• Ramada London South Ruislip (From £55 per night) - Long Drive, Station Approach, HA4 0HG


Some other local affordable hotels:-

• Barn Hotel (From £62 per night) - West End Road, Ruislip, HA4 6JB

• Premier Inn (From £55 per night) - Ickenham Road, Middlesex, Ruislip, HA4 7DR

• Travelodge (From £54 per night) - Mandeville Rd, Northolt, Middlesex UB5 4LU

Match for overall champion - Trophy to the winner.

There will be a raffle - Prizes to be confirmed closer to the date
There will also be a buffet for every competitor and anyone who enters the raffle
