I'm not sure about that mate. It's not been a great year health wise, and I've still got problems. Lets hope I can get more details at the next docs appointment.
So training right now is average, and intermittent (which is not me at all). I'm not competing in the WSH in 2 weeks, as the day, and the next day will be a lot for me, without the strain of competing too.
But at this moment I plan to come up for the armwrestling, as I want to see you all.
Anyway, I'll try my best if I do compete.

Oh the illnesses you had were enough to finish many a person off!
I marvel at seeing you at contests, and was so pleased to see you participate at our comp in May. I have nothing but admiration for the physical strength and character you showed to recover from such a difficult period in your life. Also your modesty is something I also admire; Humble in victory, gracious in defeat.
