| I'm not going to pull leftie, my wrist is wrecked from an injury picked up in Vegas, i'm officially retiring my left arm as it's so far behind everyone else at this level, even I can get it back to full health it'll still take too long to get it up to scratch. | |

No matter how long the battle takes in the end make sure you win the war positive thoughts flood the bad engery away your left will get better and you will issue out a few spankings good lad

| Dan just do the same as me. I didn't want to risk further injury to my right by over exerting it in multiple comps but i've found that as long as i continue to train it and pull with it in moderation it has significantly improved. The less you use it the more likely the problem will remain. |

| I haven't stopped training my left, i still do up to 70% of the workload i put on my right, it's just that every time I feel healthy and strong, my wrist pops again or my elbow pings and i'm out again for 3-4 months, so far in the last 3 years i've injured my left 5 times, 3 in comps and twice in training. Anyone who knows me will tell you i'm not a defeatist, i'm just a realist and don't want to ruin my wrist and give myself arthritis for later in life. Instead, I concentrete on the right and all my passion and focus will go towards winning every right hand title i compete for. | |

Again Dan please don't take this the wrong way just dont want you retire when you still got something offer, and as for arthiritis we all have no choice it's going happen toproll n hook syndrome

You make an excellent point, but at this moment my left is so far behind my right, it's still novice level in terms of strength. As far as injuries in training goes, there is nothing i'm doing differently to my right, it's just that in terms of wrist strength i'm about 12 months behind my right, i've never really liked pulling leftie anyway, it was just something i did. I will continue training left, and if I feel i can pull on it again, you might see me at the table with the gay arm on the pad!!

| Well done m8. I'm a little disappointed my match with Paul had to stop prematurely, think if my arm didn't pop it would have been a cracker. Both of us felt comfortable up to that point but i'll be back. A fantastic event Neil and great turn out. |
