Has for my showing day 1 I felt super good light fast awake I had a restarted tough war with the favourite on the day dan Whittle real strong dude after beating him I was lucky to have aboutba ten minutes rest before my fight for the a side final place I won and was ready for day 2 after the muscles begin to repair it was always going to be tough for everyone but those close to me no for two months ive suffering from tendinitis which was very bad after day 1 this had affected my training routine for a good while having only 2 table sessions in 8 weeks in which if I had my normal routine I would have won convincingly imo lesions learned from the comp
1 pull weekly
2 eat right all the time avoid big cuts
3 travel if needed to get necessary table partners
4 believe I can do what I say
5 have a nice little break steady the weight heal the arm
