| I use my rolling thunder and loading pin with up to 40kg depending on how many reps i want to do, but i prefer to use wrist roll ups or high reps with the coc#1 for size and low reps on the #3 for strength. | |

| 27kg for full range reps and when i cant do any more in the same set i do halfs,altough i have done 110kg witnessed static hold right arm for 14seconds | |

| Those big partial wrist curls were done in grip contests, and now I don't do any of those big wrist curls anymore. In fact the Orbigrip machine was designed because I had a small wrist problem and wanted to still train my wrists. My training has changed since my last go at armwrestling, and it's developing all the time.
I want to make a really good go at it (even though I'm old), and of course for Elizabeth. So training is different now, and I have also had to basically knock the grip contests on the head, as they don't go with the a/w training really. | |
