Lee, Blood to the area is a must!
Good nutrition with supplementation.
I heard mine tear on Sunday, and am now very tender in that area, but already today I have done 5 x Orbigrip sessions, and everytime it feels pumped, and better.

i would rest the area thats sore for a few weeks & try to train around it getting the blood into your arm then steadly up the training depending how the injury is feeling...
anything to do with tendon's take's a long time to heal
