I read on mk forum that you train your hit on cables and your hitting 80kg. Do you do this on the table or standing and is it all side hit.

craig sander is hitting 90 kilo side pressure .

i train standing at my table with around 15kg on a strap, at the gym i can hit 80kg standing useing all my body weight .

do you start with no pressuse on your arm then just hit it?

no i load it in to my arm a bit then hit

whats weight do you get up to terry put a photo on please
