Yo Nick, i just found out. Angies buying me one. She was going to get me a table but she knows i wanted a training machine so she's getting me the extreme arm wrestling machine. A machine and table in one.

Anyway, the machine looks good Nick. Any idea what weight it can hold,
that wire looks pretty flimsy.

my main training device is a "dean scarsbrook", which is normally quite err "disconcerting" at the best of times...

As long as you can walk away from the table in one piece Leon, that's the ideal training regime.

Dean's a great training partner, he never smashes me up too much, always "just enough".

I really think there should be some kind of law about being that strong in that size body!

That's what it's all about, there's no point someone like Dean hitting
you all the time, otherwise you learn nothing.
Obviously Dean is aware of that.
I'd still like the opportunity to feel his hooking power, maybe in the future.
