just the novice comp for me. Feeling good, couple of more days of training and then thats me resting for the saturday. Cant wait.

I've got training with Lee and Tom on Saturday then a very very light session on Tuesday at MK as there is a guy coming to train with us from Mens Fitness for another article on Armwrestling possibly with a photographer. I think the guy is coming to the new years cup as well to enter the novice and possibly take photos for the magazine. It will give me 4 days rest period which is plenty of time for me.
