all pro athetes need to be at the dunkenhalgh hotel pendle suite for 9.30am on sat 31st jan right arm & 10am on sun 1st feb left arm.

first match bogdan vs ricketts on stage to camera at 10am sat 31st [ no entry fee applies ]

pro card live finals 8pm till 10.30pm then after show party.

all novices need to be at venue by 2pm on sat 31st entry fee 15 pound.

75kg class, just dieting a bit this week to make sure I comfortably make it.

My mate wayne is competing at under 90s... and hes a little bit strong

I'm pulling novice comp. Been back training a couple of weeks and want to get right back into it. Gonna give it all I've got and see what happens. I've dropped 20 kg down to 110kg and feeling better and healthier so just gotta test the strength now and see where I am as I intend on being lighter each comp until i get soemwhere between 90 and 100.
