Post Comp Recovery Empty
PostSubject: Post Comp Recovery   Post Comp Recovery EmptyMon 27 Feb - 20:04

My entire body aches like I've been hit by a bus... From my neck to my knees!! I can't even cough without a lot of pain in my chest and ribs!

I wouldn't change anything because I quite enjoy it but I'm wondering if anyone else gets this and how you recover quicker?

Aso, what's the reason for this 'car wreck'feeling? I recon it's something to do with the adrenalin and maybe my age but I'd like to know if anyone knows any better...

Dont really get that car wreck feeling from the comps, but i do get it after a hard super match, much more intense and shocks my body to the core.

Kinda like going gym for the first time, 2 week of pain.

You Ste, pulled a super and the 90kg class , im not surprised at all your body is in really pain.

Apparently I've had a viral infection all week... I suppose that coupled with the normal aches from comp have combined to give me that coma feeling!

Back in the gym on Monday with a new training regime Matt Preston and I have put together!
