| Pawel, does this excercise at the end, for side pressure help with small weight like that ? I mean just flexing with rubber ? I cant do much side pressure cuz' it hurst my tendonds like hell, thats why Im asking  | |

I cant do much side pressure cuz' it hurst my tendonds like hell, thats why Im asking I do the rubber because of the pain of tendons and a great warm up and great for speed | |
