if some one as a hook that 50% stronger i think u well end up hurting your arm , i think the perfect person to train with is some one maybe 20% stronger - u may think how can i tell and some times its hard, but u no if you getting close to some one when they can not pull thouth you first time.

take your time at building a good hook if you do to much you can start getting a lot of elbow pain watch and learn Shocked
