More recently I have done the following in a typical week:
2 x powerlifting 1 x AW 1 x hand & wrist
Powerlifting & grip work = 30-40mins at a high intensity AW = 2-3 hours at low intensity
Despite that fact I'm getting more conditioned, I'm actually allowing more rest these days.

I myself work as a LIFEGUARD/LEISURE ASSISTANT at HIGHGROVE LEISURE CENTRE RUISLIP HILLINGDON LONDON which is part of the GREENWICH LEISURE LTD (GLL) Empire.Like most GLL centres we have a Gym Fitness Area and as a benifit of the job i have use of the facilities and with this at my disposal i have embarked on a Training routine using weights & pulleys and other related Exercises.I perform this routine MON TUES & FRI.Wednesday Swimming (at least 50-100 Lengths) I am also in the process of setting up my home training zone, and the main item in here will be The armwrestling table which i am awaiting from none other than MAZUREKA! I also have a "shopping list" of ancillary training items and would like to know what items are essential to have in this area! As with this i could welcome others to train with me on table,as this is how others do it and is the way foward.
