stuart ,murray ,murf, are all very good at rope climbing and at climbing scaffold bars but i am rubbish at both

Tie a rope to something high and table in your house (like a power rack) and kneel down on the floor at bottom of rope tuck legs in, then climb slowly up to top then back down, repeat. then add weight via a dipping belt when it gets easy;)

Mark, if you can get hold of a rope and a heavy duty bracket you can have it just under the gutter on the outside wall of your house, just don't put it near a window
