Marv palmer,Mark clay

Well I pulled saturday with bandit and felt quite good,thought I'd have a pull with Marv yesterday and was quite pleased even tho he's a little to much yet,but still felt ok, pulled Mark Clay teaching a little bit arm tired but ok, tried pull Dean but was tired and had nothing but arm ok, went gym this morning 3rd set of shoulder press didn't feel ok achy bloody breaky not had it for 8 years ruined me for atleast a week thanks lads

I've got the exact same thing on my left... i thought it had fully healed but i ended up going in a hook on the practice table and woke up this morning in agony. I put my right arm through hell against Marvin, Craig and Dean but it feels fine today. Anyone got any suggestions how i can season my left arm so i ain't in agony the day after every time i go in the hook?

Try soaking it in a tall glass of Stella Artouir.................

Tooth ache and in the bicep tendon it hurts ouch ouch

Have you tried wearing tighter fitting Jeans for better support Paul...............
